Encontramos a la guía de Civitatis y nos facilitó las entradas impresas y la guía para el teléfono, para seguir el itinerario y las explicaciones. Pudimos entrar en los foros dos horas antes de lo previsto en la reserva, dejando el Coliseo para el final (que sí que tiene una hora muy rígida para entrar). Acudir al punto de encuentro y la presunta guia, dar cuatro instrucciones en inglés, no en castellano, y desaparecer.... Creo qué no es forma de tratar a los clientes en ciudades cómo Roma con tantas expectativas de conocer un monumento de 2000 años... Muy triste

Visita cómoda ya que si conoces las tres zonas te da mucha independencia para estar el tiempo que quieras en cada lugar. No veo lógico que reserves las entradas para las 9:15h y sin previo aviso, el operador te las cambie para las 10:30h. Cojí las entradas por este operador precisamente porque tenía disponible la hora que me interesaba. Y sin avisar, nos las cambian. Nos hicieron esperar más de una hora, además de que podíamos haber dormido una hora más. Encima la chica que nos atendió no nos explicaba nada, tuve que hacerle yo preguntas hasta entender todo. Esta vez me ha decepcionado totalmente el servicio.

En este Tour la persona encargada de facilitar el código para el audioguía no sabía Español y el QR que facilitan hay partes que solo están en Inglés, por lo que no ofrecen lo que contratas. Después para ir a ver el Foro y Paletino tenies que buscar un poco la vida. Es una lastima que descuiden así la atención al turista. Hago muchas excursiones con esta plataforma y en esta me decepcione.

Tal parece que la lectura de la actividad y los comentarios de la misma no corresponden. Básicamente hice fue una reserva de entradas. El audiguia solo te da los papeles con el codigo QR el cual ya llevas en tu entrada digital, te puedes saltar este paso... no explican en web la hora de cierre tanto de Coliseo como Foro y Palatino, si tienes entrada por la tarde, solo puedes hacer 1 cosa, al dia siguiente tienes que volver, eso no esta explicado. La actividad fue regular ya que no se nos informo que el Foro / Palatino cerraban a las 16:30 el último pase y nosotros teníamos la entrada en el Coliseo a las 15:45 aunque en nuestra reserva era a las 15:30. Así que no hemos podido verlo ya que al día siguiente nos teníamos que ir.

primero no les recomiendio reservar en los ultimos horarios por que cierran muy pronto intenta reservar en la mañana la audiologia no me gusto la verdad me sirvio mas de guia chat gpt no merece la pena pagar audiologia, y si la pagas debes llevar tus propios audifonos y tener buenos datos por que se debe descargar una app y luego cada punto de informacion de debe descargar.
