Prague Food Tour
Tour Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at the Old Town Square 1 (Staroměstské náměstí 1) to kick off our food tour of Prague, where we'll visit three venues and explore authentic, locally sourced Czech cuisine. Ready to discover Prague through its tastes, aromas, and stories?
Our journey begins at a classic beer hall, where you'll taste iconic Czech pub snacks. You can find these delicacies on almost every menu! Here, we'll try utopenec (pickled sausage), nakládaný hermelín (marinated camembert), and smažák (fried cheese). The guide will tell you all about the history of these foods as you enjoy tasting these popular snacks.
Next, we'll sample the famous Czech chlebíček, a small, irresistible open-faced sandwich that has become a staple of every celebration and gathering. You'll learn about its origins and how it became so famous in the city.
We'll finish on a sweet note with a traditional Czech pastry, where you can choose from 7 different desserts. We'll wrap up the tour with a glass of Moravian wine or Czech beer. Cheers! After enjoying authentic Czech cuisine, we'll say our goodbyes at this last stop. Until next time!
Additional Info
Please note this tour is not suitable for vegetarians, as Czech cuisine is largely based on meat specialties. In addition, participants under 18 will not be served alcoholic beverages during the tour and will be offered another beverage.
