The tour with Valeria was truly wonderful! Me and my boyfriend had a great time and we were able to see a hidden beach only reachable via sea that was something out of a movie, we snorkeled and swam and we got to learn a lot about Napoli's history and traditions. This tour was even better than our expectations, I cannot recommend it enough!
I learned a lot about flour, how long yeast needs to work (minimum), why just a skim of sauce makes for a better pizza, and how to shoot a shot of limoncello. : ) Delicious pizza and our chef (apologies, I did not catch his name) was knowledgeable, patient, and very charming.
