We tried on our first day but had no luck—the dolphins didn’t appear, and we received a full refund. As they are wild animals, this is completely understandable, and we really appreciated the cancellation policy. We rearranged our plans and tried again. The groups enter the water in pairs to respect the dolphins. As we hadn’t seen much, the instructor kindly gave us an extra chance. It was amazing: about 15 dolphins swam very close to us. Outstanding service and an unforgettable experience!
